The reason self-improvement doesn’t work...
Self-improvement gurus are lying to you!

Most self-improvement gurus tell you the same old stuff over and over again.
“Just eat healthy, just do this, just do that”
When all they care about is getting more views on their videos, and they’re not even trying to relate to you.
You might feel like these pieces of advice are not for you because you don’t feel some type of connection towards these gurus.
You might go as far as wanting to quit self-improvement just because you’re not noticing the results they promised you.
Let me tell you something.
Self-improvement is not as complicated as you think it is.

You think it’s complicated because you’ve been put on self-improvement without even knowing why.
(I will give you a practical step a the end of this email to help you understand more)
That’s one of the reasons you feel lost, it’s because you don’t know your destination.
Why do you want to improve yourself in the first place?
What are you trying to change about yourself?
How do you want to end up?
These are all questions that you should ask yourself before even starting self-improvement.
And if you don’t know the answers, all you’re doing is practicing those self-development habits without a purpose.
Meditation, journaling, reading books…
These will not help you if you don’t even know why you’re doing them.
I will not talk to you about these habits until you really understand self-improvement.
So here’s what I want you to do after finishing this email:
I want you to sit down in a distraction-free environment
No phone, no music, nothing to distract you
Then I want you to get out a pen and a piece of paper and start writing this:
1-Things you love about your life.
2-Things you hate about your life.
3-What you want to achieve out o your life.
Do this for 15-30 minutes thinking really deeply about what I told you.
And in the next email, I will tell you EXACTLY what you do next.
Talk to you later…
