5 tips to boost your testosterone
Just one year ago, was a skinny fat soy boy.
I had no sexual drive and my ejaculate was as clear as water.
Ever since, I have built a lot of muscle. My Semen is as white as paper, and my drive and desire to be great have drastically increased.
Here are 5 tips I want to give you.

Eggs
Eggs are a testosterone HACK. They are incredibly dense in a lot of nutrients such as good cholesterol. Cholesterol is a building block for testosterone. Do not be fooled by modern and fat dieticians and doctors. Eggs also give you 6 grams of incredibly high-quality protein with a big amino acid content. Eggs also contain vitamin D which is proven to boost testosterone. They are versatile and can be cooked in many ways. When buying eggs, always try to go for large or extra-large ones. Also, try to get free-range organic eggs as they contain more nutrients.

Beef
Beef is also a cheat code for testosterone. Like eggs, they are incredibly nutrient dense and contain a lot of good protein and fats. Beef also contains a high amino acid profile and can be eaten in many ways. I prefer to eat steaks such as sirloin as they are not too fatty and are still lean. By combing eggs and steak, you will get a super testosterone meal full of healthy fats and protein. (according to your religion, you can replace it with chicken)

Sunlight
Sunlight is a great way to get Vitamin D without eating it. People who are exposed to more sunlight, according to a study, showed that they had higher testosterone levels. You can easily get sunlight by gardening, running outside instead of on the treadmill, and walking to the store. Make sure to get at least 30 to 45 minutes of sun each day.

Healthy fats
The healthy fats we eat in food boost our testosterone. How? It turns out that fats regulate and increase hormonal health. Good hormonal health leads to higher testosterone levels. Eating foods such as avocado or fatty fish can give you a lot of healthy fats.

Good sleep
Bad sleep will decrease your daytime testosterone levels. Your testosterone levels peak during the night at the first REM phase. By not getting the correct sleep, you might not enter REM sleep at all and your testosterone will not peak. Therefore, lowering your testosterone. Your testosterone is always highest in the morning. Try to get around 7-10 hours of sleep each night. Set a consistent schedule for your body which can make getting enough sleep easier.
