To build habits with them. Habits are things we do on autopilot. No matter what we will do them.

This is why building a habit of going to the gym will greatly increase your progress toward your dream physique. You will go to the gym regardless of how you feel as it is a habit.

There are many apps out there that “claim” to build your habits but they are all bullcrap.

This is the quick, no-bullshit guide to building habits and crushing your goals.

Habits take 21 days to form. Only 21 days of discipline can upgrade your entire life. Just keep in your mind that 3 weeks is all it takes. If you are weak, I expect it to be quite hard for you. But in reality, it’s not all that hard.

  • Get a reward after you do something productive such as going to the gym. The reward will motivate you to keep going. Thus, making it easier to create habits. For example, after each gym session, you can watch a movie on Netflix. By combining hard work with cheap dopamine prices, you have a deadly combo for building habits and success.

Just be careful when rewarding yourself with treats such as ice cream as you get fat and do not hit your dietary goals.

  • Do productive things with a friend. This makes going to the gym more fun. Another deadly combo is combining fun with hard work. Humans are social and fun-seeking creatures. You will look forward to going to the gym if it was fun. So find a friend and ask if they want to improve their life with you.

There are a lot more ways to build habits. But I think these are the only ones you need. I do not want to bore you with a thousand different other ways.
